At Future Rismo Travel Company, we strive to provide a seamless travel experience. However, we understand that plans may change. This refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds will be provided for cancellations or changes to your booking.

  1. Cancellation by the Client

Refunds for cancellations made by the Client are subject to the following terms:

1.1 Cancellation Timeline and Refund Amounts

* Following your payment of part or all of the Fees, if you cancel your Tour:

(a)  More than 14 days prior to the start date of the Tour, you will be liable to pay a cancellation fee of no less than    25% of the Fee in full. If applicable, we will refund you the balance to you using the original payment menthod.

(b) Within 14 days from the start date of the Tour, you will be liable to pay the Fee in full.

* If you cancel on the start date of the Tour or any time thereafter (including by leaving the Tour) or you do not show up for the Tour, you will be liable to pay the Fee in full and no refund will be made to you.

1.2 Non-Refundable Deposits

  • Deposits paid at the time of booking ([e.g., 30% of the total package price]) are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

1.3 Partial Cancellations

  • If a part of the itinerary or service (e.g., a specific excursion) is canceled, the refund will be based on the terms agreed upon for that specific service and proceed with the transaction.
  1. Cancellation by the Company

In the unlikely event that Future Rismo Travel Company cancels your booking:

2.1 Refund or Rescheduling

  • A full refund will be issued if no alternative package or service is acceptable to the client and will be transfer to you using the original payment method.
  • Alternatively, the Client may opt to reschedule the trip or choose a substitute package of equivalent value.

2.2 Exclusions

  • The Company is not liable for cancellations due to force majeure events (see Section 4).
  1. No-Show Policy

If the Client fails to arrive at the designated starting point of the tour without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

  1. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics):

  • The Company will make every effort to reschedule or adjust bookings.
  • Refunds will be issued at the Company’s discretion, subject to any non-recoverable costs incurred with third-party providers (e.g., hotels, transport services).
  1. Refund Processing
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@futurerismo.com and include your booking reference number.
  • Refunds will be processed within 07 to 14 business days of receiving the cancellation notice.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  1. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Visa fees
  • Travel insurance premiums
  • Costs incurred due to Client delays, changes, or cancellations (e.g., missed flights, no-shows)
  1. Changes to the Refund Policy

The Company reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Updated policies will apply to all bookings made after the revision date.
